We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection.
Due to the delicate nature of jewelry and hygiene concerns, all sales are final unless the item received is damaged or defective.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
✅ You can request an exchange if:

You received a damaged or defective item.

You received the wrong item or size.

The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
❌ Exchanges will not be accepted if:

The product has been worn or used.

The exchange request is made after 24 hours of delivery.

The product was customized or made to order (e.g. engraved or custom silver designs).
📦 How to Request an Exchange

Email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and issue.

Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
Return Address (will be shared after approval)
Note: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
📌 Important Notes

Sterling silver and artificial jewelry are both non-refundable items due to hygiene and handling sensitivity.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for a refund. Exchanges may be offered if applicable.

If your replacement item is out of stock, you may be offered a store credit or a similar product.
🕒 Exchange Time Frame
Once we receive the returned item and it passes our inspection, the exchange or replacement will be processed within 3–5 working days.
